Account data (email, encrypted password), the partners, leads, notes and appointments you save, and technical logs needed to run the service securely.
Purpose and legal basis
Providing the CRM and AI lead search to fulfil our contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and keeping the service secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Separation of your data
Every user has a closed workspace. Other users cannot see your partners, leads or notes.
AI research
For lead search, your partner profile details are sent to an AI research provider that searches public web sources. Company data found comes from publicly available sources.
Retention
Your data is kept while your account exists. Deleted leads are removed; only the company name and domain are kept as an exclusion so they are not suggested again.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. You may complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
